WOW, how this year has flown so far.  It will soon be time again for Summer Camp.  With that comes all the paperwork and fees to get everyone registered for Summer Camp.  Attached you will find the information that we will need in order to make sure that your child has a spot this summer at Calvary Weekday Ministry.

We are already working on what we will be doing this summer and trying to finish getting our staff lined up.  We want to make sure that your child has as much fun as they possibly can here at Calvary, but also we want them to leave with the since that they have made new friends and have experienced the love of Jesus Christ.

The cost for camp this year is again $650, for eight weeks of care, beginning June 4, 2012- August 3, 2012.  There will be care available when school gets out until June 4^th and then till school starts back.  The cost for the extra days will be $25 per day.  We will offer lunch again for $1.00 per day (menus to come later).  We have come up with some very enjoyable trips and activities for your child this year.

We will be doing summer camp a little different this year, because of the amount of the difficulty and time it takes to enroll such a large group such as summer camp, WinShape Camp C3 will no longer be included with the summer camp fee.  Also, the week of July 9, 2012 thru July 13, 2011 the summer camp program will be closed due to Win Shape Camp C3.  We will host once again, WinShape Camp C3, for 1-6 grade. However, if you would like for your child to attend Win Shape Camp, you can go online at this website above to register your child.   We are sorry we have had to make this decision, but if your child has come in the past; you know it is an awesome experience and worth the money.  You may also contact 334-836-2948 for more information and to see if you qualify for financial assistance for WinShape.

We will begin taking applications immediately for Summer Camp 2012 and will take a deposit of at least $150 per child.  The balance of $500 will need to be paid by June 4, 2012, plus lunch if you choose for your child to eat once we furnish you the information on that.  Please understand that all fees are non-refundable.
