Alan McCoy of Geneva went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 9,2021. He was 59 years old.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 14, 2021 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Daryl Messer and Rev. Danny Burns officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, September 13, 2021, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m

Alan was born September 12,1961 to the late Gary Franklin McCoy and Camilla Seay Conner.  Alan was a loving father and grandfather.  He was an awesome drummer, always had a big smile and brought joy and laughter to all that knew him.  He enjoyed Alabama football but most of all he loved the Lord.  He truly had a servants heart always doing whatever was asked, Sunday School teacher, being a  Deacon, lead singing always doing these things with a smile on his face, but mostly he made God the center of his life.

He is survived by; one son, Chris McCoy , Geneva, AL; one daughter, Felicia Pyle (Roger) of Bonifay, FL: three grandchildren, Jason Pyle, Caleb Pyle both of Bonifay, FL, and Lynleigh McCoy of Geneva.
