Alejandro Garces Villarino of Geneva, AL passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was 54 years old.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Alejandro was born in Cuba on May 3, 1968 to the late Richard Clear and Francisca Garces.  He loved to fish, raise pigeons, and watch them fly around the neighborhood as well as taking care of ducks and chickens. His family and animals were very dear to his heart.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, David Garces, and George Garces.

He is survived by his wife, Ivania Villarino; four children, Alex Villarino (Candace Pearson Villarino), Barbara Villarino, Abriana Villarino, and Amy Villarino; two brothers, Kevin Clear, and Ricardo Villarino; one sister, Amarilis Villarino; mother-in-law, Maria Filipone; three nieces, Arianna Castro, Yaniuska Arugo, and Renae Martin.
