Alice Marie Nichols, a resident of Ozark, passed away at a local hospital on Thursday, January 14, 2021. She was 60 years old.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Wiregrass Area Food Bank, 382 Twitchell Road, Dothan, AL 36303.
Ms. Nichols was born on December 21, 1960 in Demopolis, Alabama and moved to Hamilton before moving to Dothan in 1977. She was a 1979 graduate of Dothan High School and graduated from Troy University. Mrs. Nichols was employed with Sony for several years followed by Standard Textiles for several years.
Ms. Nichols was preceded in death by her father, Murray Nichols and her special canine friend, Harley.
Survivors include her mother, Martha Nichols; her sister, Lee Adkinson; her brother-in-law, Shirl Creel; and her niece, Jessica (Carson) Clark; and her special canine friend, Sportster.
