Alton Dewey Adams of Westville, Florida passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. He was 86 years old.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Florence Parker Adams and his son, Jairus Adams.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Hartford. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at First United Methodist Church in Samson with Dr. Dean Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Stafford Cemetery in Westville, Florida with Jimmy Bottoms of Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home officiating.

Survivors include his son, Gregory and Lisa Adams; grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Josh Davis, and Matthew Adams; brothers, James, Hollis, Carlton, and Franklin; sisters, Linnie Nell Burgess and Ella Mac Adams.
