ANITA DIAL LEIDINGER

EUFAULA, AL… Anita Dial Leidinger, a resident of Eufaula, Alabama, formerly of the Screamer Community of Henry County near Abbeville, Alabama, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022, at Barbour Medical Center. She was 74.

            Graveside services will be held 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at the Leidinger Family Cemetery in the Screamer Community, near Abbeville, Alabama, with Pastor Nathan Poe officiating. The family will receive friends the gravesite service. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.

            Mrs. Leidinger was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, to the late Eugene Alexander Dial, Sr and Ina Claire Dial. She along with her late husband, owned and operated several stores in the northern area of Henry County. She was a member of the Judson Baptist Church. The past two years, she was a patient of the Crown Health and Rehabilitation. She previously lived in the Screamer Community of Henry County for over thirty-seven years.

            Along with her parents she was also precede in death by her husband, Norman A. Leidinger, Sr.; her daughter, Tina Marie Leidinger; her son Norman A. Leidinger, Jr.; and her sisters, Bertha BeBe Pratts and Marcella Foucheaux.; her brother-in-law Blaine Harris, Sr.

            Leaving to cherish her memories is her daughter, Kathleen Evans (Eugene, Sr); her son, John Leidinger; her step-son Burt Juneau (Rene); heart felt daughter Ina Claire Johnson; her sisters Betty D. Harris and Ina Claire Spadoni; her brother, Eugene Alexander Dial, Jr (Brenda); her grandchildren Tarasha Evans Capps, Eugene Joseph Evans, Jr. (Ashley), Everett Cody Evans (Kayla), Norman A. Leidinger, III (Skylar Kerns), Rebecca N. Leidinger, Carmen P. Brockman (Robert), Joshua Juneau (Sara), Ashley Juneau, Stephen Beasley, Stephanie Beasley, and Robin Wilson; and her nine great-grandchildren. Host of nieces and nephews.
