Anna Rose Waller of Samson, AL passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2020. She was 35 years old.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 6,2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with the Rev. Gene Hauser and Rev. Teddy Ward officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday beginning at 4:00 p.m. and will continue until service time. The family has requested casual dress for the service.

Anna was born in Geneva, AL on September 24, 1984. Anna was the youngest of 5 children. She was a bright star among so many. Her personality flowed from her in abundance. She was a very avid Alabama Crimson Tide fan and you would often hear that beautiful “Roll Tide” leave her lips. Anna never met a stranger and talked to everyone she had the chance to meet. She loved crab legs and could eat her weight in them. She loved makeup, hair, flowers, and music but most of all her children and family. If you ever met her you knew you had met her. And to know her was to love her. She was a warrior.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael V. Waller.

Anna is survived by her children, Shelby Clark, Dawson Clark, and Olivia Southerland; father and mother, Jeff and Carol Thames Waller of Samson; three siblings, Stephanie McDuffie (Robert) of Chancellor, Josh Waller of Enterprise, and Sarah Waller of Samson; many special nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
