NEWTON…Ashley Leann Riley Williford, a resident of Newton, died early Thursday morning, June 15, 2023, in a Dothan hospital. She was 39.

            Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, June 22, 2023, in the Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements.

            Ashley was born July 31, 1983, and lived in Malvern, Dothan, and various other locations before moving to Newton in 2010. She was a 2001 Graduate of Slocomb High School. Ashley was currently employed with the Inland Station in Daleville as a clerk. She was preceded in death by her mother, Angela Spence and a brother, Chad E. Riley.

            Surviving relatives include her children, Cierra Williford, Cory Quiroz, Cayden Quiroz, and Rileigh Jo Wright; her father, David E. Riley, Newton; stepsisters, Doddie Deloney, Newton and Kelly Baker, Hartford; two brothers, Travis Riley (Christina), Webb and Kasey Riley, Andalusia; a stepbrother, Ryan Singletary, Hartford; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
