OZARK…. Ashley Szpek, a resident of Ozark, died late Wednesday evening, December 16, 2020 in Dale Medical Center. He was 45.

            A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. Saturday, December 19, 2020 in the Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home Chapel. COVID-19 Guidelines and restrictions will be followed during scheduled times.

            Flowers will be accepted.

            Ashley was a native of Ozark and was a 1993 Graduate of Carroll High School. He was formerly employed with Davis Oil Company and was currently employed as a truck driver with Lil Dipper Construction Company. Ashley enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, George Francis Szpek.

            Surviving relatives include his wife, Sarah Senn Szpek, Ozark; his daughter, Kaci Manley (Christopher Alexei), Dothan; his son, John Szpek, Ozark; his mother, Debra McGinty Szpek, Skipperville; two half brothers, Bill Szpek, MI and David Szpek, CA; his aunt, Kathy Wakefield, Skipperville; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Terry and Vicki Senn, Ewell; two brothers-in-law, Terry Senn, Jr. (Bekah), Enterprise and Tommy Senn (Nina), Newton.
