Betty Jean Harper Drew Kennedy

Betty Jean Harper Drew Kennedy, a resident of Midland City, Alabama passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022 at her residence. She was 77.

Betty was born on July 3, 1945 in Graceville, Florida to her parents, Barney and Katherine Harper. She was a teacher for 35 years. Betty was a very loved mother and a very beloved grandmother. She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Bobby Jean Bishop; and her brothers, Raymond Harper and Don Harper.

Survivors include her husband, Billy Kennedy; her daughter, Kimberly Drew; her grandson, Dakota Bishop; her granddaughter, Arizona Bishop; her great-granddaughter, Mary Kathryn Watson; her sister, Nadine Bedsole; her brothers, Herschel Harper and Nathan Harper; several nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins.
