Beverly Gibson

On Tuesday, October 12, 2021, Beverly Gibson, loving Mother and Grandma, passed away days shy of her 90th birthday.

Beverly was born October 17, 1931 in Houston, Texas. It is there she met and married the love of her life for 65 years, Don Gibson. The two started a life together and traveled rigorously around the globe for 27 years as Don served in the United States Air Force. They raised two children, Dale Gibson and Donna Hall and were blessed with two grandchildren, Reid Hall and Valecia Bruner (Ron), and two great-grandchildren, Kyser Hall and Luke Bruner. Don and Bev spent their retirement years in Dothan, Alabama being an intricate part of the daily lives of their family.

It is impossible to put into words the impact Bev has had on her family and friends. She was the best testament to what living a life full of love, grace, and pure sweetness truly means.

The family will honor their beloved Mother and Grandma with a small private memorial service at Sunset Funeral Home on Friday, October 15, 2021.
