Mr. Billy Dean Faircloth, a resident of Eufaula, Alabama passed away Friday, June 30, 2023, at his residence. He was 84 years old.

Graveside services will be held Monday, July 3, 2023, at 12:30 p.m. at Creel Church Cemetery in Clayton, Alabama with Rev. Phillip Durr officiating and Glover Funeral Home of Eufaula directing. A visitation will be held Monday, July 3, 2023, at Glover Funeral Home in Eufaula from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Flowers will be accepted.

Billy was born October 13, 1938, in Louisville, Alabama to the late Wilburn Faircloth and Lula Mae Austin Faircloth. He was employed with Heritage Timber until his retirement. In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening, mechanical work, and living the simple life under an old shade tree out in the yard.

He is preceded in death by his parents; loving wife, Virginia Faircloth; grandson, Joel Spencer; four brothers, George Faircloth, Bruce Faircloth, Delmar Austin, and Lee Rotten.

Left to cherish his memories are three sons, James Dean Faircloth (Donna) of Columbus, GA, Jeffrey Dwayne Faircloth of Eufaula, AL, and Jason Matthew Faircloth (Kala) of Ariton, AL; daughter, Vanessa Fairlcoth (John Patrick Bradely) of Eufaula, AL; fourteen grandchildren, Anna Wilson, Rebecca Faircloth, Michael Faircloth, Caleb Faircloth, Jeffrey Dwayne Faircloth, Charlotte Faircloth, Jessie Sims, Heather Faircloth, Brock Faircloth, Hope Niles, Evan Faircloth, Lizzy Faircloth, Lee Spencer, and Shea Spencer; two sisters, twenty great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Asked to serve as pallbearers are Evan Faircloth, Michael Faircloth, Brock Faircloth, Jon Tyler, Skylar Clark, and Karl (the welder) Kamyszek.
