Billy Hazen Wise of Samson, AL passed away Sunday, March 24, 2024, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

 Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Lamar Wood officiating. Burial will follow at Marvin Chapel Assembly of God Church Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday beginning at 10 a.m.

 Mr. Wise was born in Florala, AL on May 13, 1952. He was an avid outdoorsman, especially loved fishing. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother.

 He was preceded in death by his mother, Rachel Spicer and her husband Lelon, and sister, Michelle Tinsley.

 Billy is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 53 years, Willie Dean Wise of Samson, AL; one son, Jimmy Wise (Annette Patton) of Enterprise, AL; two daughters, Christy Lee (Brad) of Enterprise, AL, Victoria Smith (Shane) of Opp, AL; six grandchildren, Dyllan Lee, Rachel Lee, James Lee, Laura Smith, Ashlee Smith, and Madison Patton; two brothers, Kim Spicer (Donna) Samson, AL, Stanley Spicer (Elisabeth) Nashville, TN; brother-in-law David Tinsley, Samson, AL; and several special nieces and nephews.

 Serving as pallbearers will be James, Dyllan, and Brad Lee, Robbie Hudson, Charlie Wayne Hudson, and Shane Smith.
