CUSSETA, GEORGIA. . .Bob B. Spence, a resident of Cusseta, Georgia, died early Monday morning, August 13, 2018, in the Columbus Hospice, Columbus, Georgia. He was 80.

  Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. (EDT) Saturday, August 18, 2018, in the Blakely Cemetery with Dr. Michael Warren officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside service. Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.

  Mr. Spence was born and reared in Blakely, Georgia, son of the late Ernest C. Spence and Robbie Lee Williams Spence. He was employed as a pest control technician for many years. He was preceded in death by two sons, Danny Ray Spence and Bobby Buford Spence; three sisters, Betty Norris, Vivla Cook and Callie Gilbert; and five brothers; Ernest Spence, Thomas Spence, Joseph Spence, James Spence and Lewis Spence.

  Surviving relatives include his wife, Evelyn Thorne Spence, and a son, Robert D. Spence, both of Cusseta, GA; a grandson, Nathaniel Spence; and a sister, Christine King; Ft. Gaines, GA.
