BOBBY GLENN WINDHAM
GENEVA, ALABAMA. . .Bobby Glenn Windham, a resident of Geneva, died Tuesday morning, March 25, 2014, in a Dothan hospital. He was 75.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, March 27, 2014, in the Pleasant Hill Free Will Baptist Church, near Headland, with Pastor Gary Lee officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Holman-Headland Mortuary is in charge of funeral arrangements. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. Thursday in the church sanctuary.
Mr. Windham was born in Conecuh County, Alabama, and was reared in Andalusia. He was retired from CarQuest Auto Parts in Dothan. Mr. Windham was of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louri Overstreet Windham, his father, Lewis Windham, his mother, Audie Windham, his step-mother who helped to raise him, Clara Register Windham, and a grandson, David Michael Johnston.
Surviving relatives include two daughters, Angelian Windham Johnston (David), Dothan; Debbie Windham McLaney (David), Geneva; a grandson whom he raised, Steve Windham (Crystal), six other grandchildren, Jennifer Craig, Carmen Johnston, Cameron Johnston, Chelsea Stamp (David), and Kayla McLaney; seven great-grandchildren.
