Mr. Bobby Ray Nowling, of Geneva, Alabama passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at the age of 72.

In consideration of community health and the State of Alabama public health orders that are in effect due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), no public visitation will be held.  Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, July 11, 2020 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home, Geneva, Alabama with the Rev. Ronnie Baine officiating and burial to follow in the Poplar Head Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing.

Bobby was born August 5, 1947 in Coffee County, Alabama to the late Edward and Cleo Davidson Nowling.  He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.  Bobby served in the US Navy (Vietnam), and worked 23 years for Clinton Mills. He had a great sense of humor and the grandchildren "HIS GIRLS"  were the light of his life.

Survived by his wife of 50 years; Wanda Nowling, son: Damon Nowling and daughter: Marisa Williams (James) all of Geneva, Alabama, Grandchildren: Harlie Peters (Daniel Covell); Selina Nowling (Cody Campbell); Jenna Nowling and Richard Williams; two great grandchildren; Samuel Campbell and Camden Williams; two brothers: Robert Nowling, Cleveland, Tx and Eugene Nowling (Julie), Geneva, Alabama and a life long best friend: Charles “Shorty” White.
