Bobby Ray Shelley, a resident of Dothan died Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center. He was 73.

 

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 3 P. M. from the chapel of Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Reverend Donald Clark and Reverend Willie Barnes Parker officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory with Ward Wilson Funeral Home Directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home chapel from 1 until 3 P. M. 2 hours prior to the service.

Flowers will be accepted.

Mr. Shelley was the owner and operator of Shelley Plumbing and Electric service for 34 years until his retirement.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Foy and Mary Shelley and his brother Billy Jack Shelley.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Sadie Shelley of Dothan

Two sons; Donnie (Tammy) Shelley and Greg Shelley and One Daughter; Kim Howell (Allen) all of Dothan.

Four sisters; Jean Tice, Ann Ward, Patsy Williams and Betty Morris

Three brothers; Foy (Buck) Shelley, Jimmy Shelley and Johnny Shelley

9 Grandchildren; 4 Great grandchildren  several nieces and nephews
