Bonnie Camp Williams of Enterprise, age 87, died Monday, June 20, 2022 surrounded by her family.  She was born in White Springs, Florida on October 7, 1934 and was the youngest of three children born to Rev. Lester and Minnie Camp.


Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at First Presbyterian Church, 100 Daleville Avenue, Enterprise with Rev. Chris Thomas officiating with Searcy Funeral Home directing.  Burial will follow in Bonifay City Cemetery, Bonifay, Florida.


From an early age, Bonnie cultivated a love for a homemaking, sewing and gardening.  Her primary occupation was homemaking which she was very passionate about.  She also worked many years in textile sewing.  She lived the majority of her life in Bonifay, Florida and relocated to Enterprise in 2003 to be near family.  Bonnie was a strong, practical person shaped by growing up in a Christian home and a loving family.  She loved the Lord, her family and served with gratitude.


Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce O. Williams, her daughter, Carol Williams, grandson, Jesse Williams, her parents, her sister, Myrle Steverson and her brother, Eugene Camp.


Survivors include her son, Don Williams (Judy), her granddaughter, Lindsay Phillips (Ryan), great-grandsons, Ellis Williams and Aden Phillips of Enterprise, Al, niece, Tammy Patterson (Rex) of Chipley, Florida and her beloved friend and neighbor, Dolly Smith of Bonifay, Florida.


In lieu of flowers, any desired memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 100 Daleville Avenue, Enterprise, AL 36330.


The family wishes to express deep appreciation to Dr. Monty Peden, Enterprise Health and Rehab and to our friends and neighbors for the love and compassionate care shown to our dear Mother.
