Mrs. Gladys Burnese Price Kilpatrick of Samson, Alabama passed away November 28, 2022 at the age of 72.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 2, 2022 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Branch officiating.  Burial will follow in Travelers Rest Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. and last until service time.

Burnese was born in Pike Co., AL on August 26, 1950 to the late Johnny B. and Gladys Tenney Price.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Mack Kilpatrick; grandson, Cameron Lane Kilpatrick; great-grandson, Cameron Luke Kilpatrick; one sister, Faye Baxley and two brothers, Billy and Donald Price.

Burnese is survived by one son, Chris Kilpatrick (Sandra); sister, Brenda Wheeler (Jim); brother, Roy Price; grandson, Colton Kilpatrick (Haley); granddaughter, Brooklyn Kilpatrick; great grandson, Chandler Kilpatrick and several special nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be Wade Baxley, Johnny Wheeler, Bud Wheeler, Tony Akridge II, Alex and Andrew Williams, Stan Henderson and Gary “Punk” Mock.
