Callie Ingram Kilgore passed away Friday, February 10, 2012, at the home of her daughter, Ruth Granberry at 407 Cleveland street in Headland, where she had resided from March 2011, under the constant care of her daughter.  She was 88.


 


Funeral services to celebrate Mrs. Kilgore’s life will be held at   3   P. M. Sunday     February  12,  2012 , from the Chapel of Ward Wilson  Funeral Home .  Burial will follow in Enon Church of Christ Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home Directing.


The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 P. M., 1 hour prior to the service


Flowers will be accepted.


 


 Callie was born in Coffee  County, Alabama on March 29, 1923 to John C. Ingram and Bessie Bell Ingram.  She was a member of Enon Church of Christ for over 60 years.


 


She was preceded in death by her husband, EThell Kilgore; her parents; her sister; Dollie Hostetter  and her brothers; Leo, Lester, Jesse and Frankie Ingram.


 


She is survived by her son, James C. Kilgore and wife Annetta of Webb ; daughter Ruth Kilgore Granberry of Headland; her sister, Eunice Odom and husband Howard of Marianna, FL and  her brother, Johnny Ingram and wife Betty of Abbeville, AL.


Six grandchildren and Ten Great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
