Ms. Carol Ann Owens of Samson, AL passed away Monday, August 7, 2023, in Ozark Health and Reah. She was 77.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday August 10,2023 in the Chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with Bro. Jonathan Presley officiating Burial will follow in the Lime springs United Methodist Church Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, beginning at 1:00 p.m. and continuing until service time.

Carol was born on July 1,1946 in El Dorado Springs, Missouri to the late Clyde Elmer Fleener and Violet Lee Lemons Fleener. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Owens.

Ms. Owens was a loving mother and grandmother, in her spare time she enjoyed painting, sewing, crocheting, netting.

She is survived by her two sons, Richard Johnson of Covington, OK, and Larry Johnson of Rosebrough, NC, one step-son, Carlton Owens and wife Patricia of Samson, AL, a number of Grandchildren; Great-grandchildren. and extended family from Missouri.
