Mrs. Carolyn White of Geneva, Alabama, passed away peacefully Saturday, December 26, 2020, in a Crestview, Florida, hospital after a short illness.

Carolyn was born on June 10, 1941, in Geneva, Alabama. She attended and graduated from Geneva High School. In 1958, she married Calvin White, and they had two children, Thomas “Buddy” White and Tammy White Christy.

Carolyn enjoyed sewing, fishing, going on cruises with her sister-in-law, Peggy Wade, and spending time with her friends and family.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Calvin, her son, Thomas “Buddy” White and her grandson, Adam Miller. Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Tammy White Christy; grandchildren, Danielle (Daniel) Hatcher and Calvin (Candy) White; seven great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Bryan, Ella Grace, John, Jaylynn, Justin, and Abigail; her sister, Linda (Carl) Hildreth and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a graveside service held Tuesday, December 29^th at 11:00 at the Geneva City Cemetery with Dr. Ed Scott officiating and Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Carolyn’s name to Greenwood Assisted Living in Geneva, Alabama.
