Chun Cha Yi Kang

 

Chun Kang age 79 of Daleville passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at her home.  No service is planned at this time.

Chun was born February 15, 1944 in Seoul Korea.  She came to the United States at age 19.  She owned and operated Jin Mi Chinese Restaurant in Daleville.  She was an excellent Kimchi maker.  She enjoyed playing cards, watching soap operas and spending time with her grandchildren. 

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Sam Hui Kang; daughter Karen Ruddock.

Survivors include her sons Scott Ruddock (Jamie Ann), Greg Ruddock (Janel), Jimmy Ruddock; daughter Diane Kang; grandchildren Chelsea, Heather, Brandy, Kristina, Christian, Taylor, Siera, Ella Ann, Bella, Braxton, Alexis, Damian, Gabriel and many great grandchildren; special friend Leah Peterson.
