Claudia Jean Borges of Enterprise passed away Thursday, January 1, 2015 at the family residence following an illness.  She was 45.

Memorialization will be by cremation, and no services are scheduled at this time.

Claudia was born January 31, 1969 in Phoenix, Arizona to Benjamin and Geneva Kuwanyaioma.

Survivors include 2 sons: Brett Kuwanyaioma Kuriatryk and Eric Ribeiro Borges of Enterprise and 2 brothers: Benjamin Kosar of Phoenix, AZ and Delford Kuwanyaioma (Jennifer) of Enterprise.
