Clinton Cletus Anderson, 90, a resident of Dothan, died on Monday, October 26,2020 surrounded by his family. He was born on April 1, 1930 in Mobile, AL.to the late Elvy Anderson and Vivian (Boltz) Harrison.

Funeral Service will be 7 PM, Thursday, October 29, 2020 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with visitation from 5 PM until service time.

Clinton was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He worked over 29 years in the trucking industry including over 20 years with AAA Cooper Transportation. Clinton always found a good bargain going to flea markets and he enjoyed fishing. He  was in charge of a fishing camp in Mobile for 12 years.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his beloved stepfather Allen B. Harrison, stepson, Wayne Henderson and son-in-law, Jerry Tanner,  

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Peggy Anderson, children; Alan (Kathy) Anderson, Mike (Leoner) Anderson, Linda Tanner, Kristie Anderson, and Karen Jones, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several loving family members.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Pleasant Hill Freewill Baptist Church, 2975 County Rd 22, Headland, AL 36345.

We will follow all Covid-19 safety guidelines.
