In keeping with Corby’s wishes memorialization will be by cremation with no formal services held.
Corby Lee Rogers, a resident of Dothan passed away at his home after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his family. He was 69 years old.
Corby was born in Dothan, AL on December 31, 1953 and moved to the South Florida area at a young age. He lived in South Florida most of his life until the late 80’s then he returned back to the wiregrass area where he spent the later years of his life. Upon moving back to Dothan Corby worked with many companies but his most recent was with Wiregrass Construction as a heavy equipment operator. Corby was very proud to work with Wiregrass Construction for many years until his retirement.
Corby is survived by his 2 daughter, Christina and Rebecca, South Florida; his son Alex, Colorado; his sisters, Connie White, Rehobeth, AL and Anita Kirkland, Cottonwood, AL.
