Cory Henigan Jones, age 67, of Enterprise, AL, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 15, 2021 at First Baptist Church Enterprise with Dr. Ben Bowden officiating.  The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 PM until service time on Friday.  Donations to Billy Graham Library, 4330 Westmont Drive, Charlotte, NC  28217 or https://billygrahamlibrary.org/donate or  Samaritan’s Purse, PO Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607

Cory most enjoyed being with her family, whether it was making crafts with her grandkids or gathering around the table together in fellowship. One of her greatest joys was making special memories with and for each of her grandkids, from Valentines Day scavenger hunts, which she started with her two children, playing games, carving pumpkins or arranging one grandkid to throw out the first pitch at a Red Sox game. She was always first to volunteer at church by teaching Sunday School and Children’s Church, decorating for holidays and filling in wherever needed. She lived her life to love and serve others. Most importantly, she pointed to Jesus Christ, her Savior, every chance she got, by living out the two most important commandments: Love God, Love People.

Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Joan Henigan.

Survivors include her husband, Larry Ray Jones, New Brockton, AL; son, Garrett Jones (Melissa), Juliette, GA; daughter, Katie Blaise (Johnny), Coffee Springs, AL; sister, Lorrin Henigan, Panama City, FL; seven grandchildren, Ryan Blaise, Kasey Blaise, Luke Jones, Reagan Blaise, Nolan Jones, Jackson Blaise, Logan Jones; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
