Coy Murdock, age 96, of Enterprise, AL, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 16, 2023 at Enterprise Health and Rehabilitation.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Enterprise Chapel with Rev. John McCrummen officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing.  The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 P.M. until service time. 

He was preceded in death by his wife Alice Murdock, three sisters and two brothers.

Survivors include his daughter, Pam Adams, Enterprise, AL; son, Coy Gene Murdock (Linda), Birmingham, AL; four grandchildren, Jeffery Murdock (Sarah), Atlanta, GA; Jennifer Langston (Lee), Vestavia Hills, AL; David Cotton (Michelle), Enterprise, AL; Michael Cotton, Foley, AL; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Pearl Hernandez, Enterprise, AL; Bessie Kelley, Enterprise, AL.

Special thanks to the staff of Enterprise Nursing Home Hall 3, special nurses Luda, Stephanie and Chelsea and CNA’s Tihara and Michelle.
