Mr. Dallas Gene Arrant of Geneva, Alabama passed away on Friday, October 2, 2020. He was 74 years old.

A graveside service will be held at the Pleasant Ridge Church Cemetery (Prosperity, FL community) on Monday, October 5, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. John Trim officiating and Warren Holloway Warren directing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Janis June Arrant; two brothers, John Thomas and Harvey D. Arrant, Sr.; and two sisters, Wenell Carswell and Glenda Mae Harrison.

Mr. Arrant had a passion for hunting and fishing. He also loved his fur babies, Blaze and Buddy.

Gene is survived by  two daughters, Tammy Arrant Payne and Gina Arrant Wise (Jeff Tice); two sons, Jackie Dallie Arrant, Jr and Marcus Gene Edenfield (Cheryl); five grandchildren, Amber Payne, Dallas Heath Payne, Alex Gene Payne, Hannah Ward (Hunter), and Krista Danielle Arrant; four great-grandchildren, Vann Walker Ward, Christian Parker Ward, John Ascher Ward, and River Floyd Lewis; two sisters, Jeanette Bowers (Ronnie) and Cathy Cassidy (Tom); special friend, Darryl Royce Wise; one nephew, Harvey D. Arrant; and a host of other beloved nieces, cousins, and friends.
