Daniel was born in Madisonville, KY on September 20, 1985. He loved writing poetry and playing chess.

Daniel is preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Cobb, and nephew, William Tidwell.

Daniel is survived by his sister, Deanna Cobb (Wilburn) of Samson, AL; brother, Scott Collins (Angie) of Kentucky; nieces and nephews, Megan, Ashley, Noah (Cassidy), Georgia, and Evelyn; great niece Addison; aunt, Denise Dyke (Roger).
