Deacon Billy Ray Snell 

Deacon Billy Ray Snell was born on September 8, 1965 in Dothan, Al to Mr. and Mrs. Willie C. and Zeolar Snell. Billy Ray grew up in a Christian household and began his Christian experience as a member of St. Paul Baptist Church in Ashford, Alabama. His final church home was Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church in Ashford, Alabama.  Mr. Snell held several jobs throughout his lifetime, with the last being with Mr. Craig Fondren of F&F concrete. When it came to cleaning and detailing he was the best to ever do it. 

He departed from this life on August 20, 2021 at Southeast Health in Dothan, Alabama.

He leaves to mourn his life, the mother of his children Lativia Snell, two daughters; Lajala Mobley and Briana Snell; parents Mr. Willie C. Snell and Mrs. Zeolar Snell. Five siblings; Tony (Angie) Snell, Willie (Mary) Snell, Janet (Gregory) Jackson, Dennis (Marquittie) Snell and Preyun Snell.  Close friends; Reggie )Andrea) Bank and Billy Ray (Debra) Stewart and a plethora of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
