NEWVILLE…Debbie Standridge Johns, a resident of Newville, died Monday, January 25, 2021, at her home. She was 65.

   Mrs. Johns was born in Gainesville, Florida, daughter of the late Clifford Standridge and Louise Cross Standridge. She lived in the Dothan area most of her adult lifetime and was formerly employed by Jr. Food Stores and Nugget Convenience Stores. Mrs. Johns was preceded in death by her sister, Diane Duke, and two brothers, Gene Standridge and Kenny Standridge.

   Surviving relatives include her son, Kenneth Shawn Douglas, Dothan; her companion, Scott Tanner, Newville; her sister, Barbara Sue Walden, Newton; a granddaughter, Skylar Douglas.
