Deborah Ann Harstvedt of Geneva, AL passed away on December 17, 2021. She was 66 years old.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 7, 2022 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva. Burial will follow at Gulf Cemetery in Santa Rosa Beach, FL with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva, AL directing.  

Deborah was born in Coffee County, AL on July 15, 1955 to the late Billy O’Neal and Helen Frances King Seay. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Charles Harstvedt, Sr.; and one niece, Jessica Danielle Seay.

Deborah is survived by two children, James Charles “JC” Harstvedt of Geneva, AL, and Donavon Ramsey of Tulsa, OK; one brother, Danny Seay of Geneva, AL; one sister, Kathy Woodham of Geneva, AL; two nephews, Michael Woodham (Alicia) of Geneva, AL, and Jared Seay (Misty) of Hartford, AL, and many special great nieces and nephews.
