Delores Jean Howard, 68, a resident of Ashford, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022, at a local hospital. She was born on February 28,1953 in Port St. Joe, Florida to the late Perry Kirkland and Mavis (Miller) Kirkland.

Funeral Service will be held at 2 PM, Monday, February 21, 2022, at First Assembly of God Church in Cottonwood. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until service time, burial will follow at Gardens of Memory.

Delores was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a friend to all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two infant sisters.

Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Joe Howard, children, Chris Arnold, Joseph (Rochelle) Howard, Cathy (Roger) Moore, Beverly Denson, and Jonathan (Tonya) Howard, nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many loving friends.
