Diane Lea Jones, a resident of Wicksburg, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019. She was 47.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, May 31, 2019 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Lee officiating. The family will receive friends in the chapel on Friday at 10 am. Burial will take place in Sunset Memorial Park.

Diane was born on November 5, 1971 in Abbeville, AL and lived the early years of her life there. She graduated from Abbeville High School in 1990 and attended Troy University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration. Diane was a loving wife and mother. She worked at the Henry County Nursing Home while she attended Troy University.

Survivors include her husband, Kevin Jones; her daughter, Emily Rose Jones; her stepson, Kevin Nelson; her father, Andy Anderson; her brother, James Anderson; her sisters, Robin Moat, Theresa Seville, and Barbara Anderson; and several nieces and nephews.
