Doctor Clayton Forrest Shook of Eureka Springs, Arkansas went to be with His Lord at the age of 83 in Enterprise, Alabama, on June 30, 2012.

          Funeral Services were held at Calvary Baptist Church, Hazen, Arkansas on July 3, 2012, with burial at Center Point Cemetery.

          A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 8, 2012, at 3:00 P.M. at Cool Springs Baptist Church in Enterprise, Alabama, with Rev. Bryan Simoneaux and Rev. Merlin Morris officiating.

          Doctor Shook is survived by his wife of 65 years, Danna Jean Shook, of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; two daughters Danna Hearn and husband Ronn of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; Sandy Simoneaux and husband Bryan of Enterprise, Alabama; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

          Memorials may be made to: Cool Springs Baptist Church, 3004 County Road 708, Enterprise, Alabama 36330.

          Local arrangements are being handled by Searcy Funeral Home.
