Donald Graham age 88, a former resident of Morris, Alabama passed away Friday, September 27, 2019 at Elba Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Elba, Alabama. Don had been a resident of Elba, Alabama since the death of his wife Ruby Cross Graham in 2009. Funeral services will be held at the Oakwood Memorial Gardens Chapel inside the mausoleum on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 beginning at 2:00 PM with Rev. Michael Woodham officiating. Mr. Graham will lie-in-state one hour prior to services on Tuesday. Entombment will follow the service under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home. The family will be receiving friends at Hayes Funeral Home Monday, September 30, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Kimberly First Baptist Church where he was a devoted member for many years, c/o 6123 Church Street, Kimberly, AL 35091.

Mr. Graham retired from the United States Postal Service and also served his country during the Korean War while serving in the United States Airforce. He was an avid University of Alabama fan and could be found holding down his recliner anytime the "Tide" was playing. He enjoyed wood working and realized the benefits of a good ole’ fishing trip. Above all he loved his Lord and his family and relished in the moments spent spoiling his grands and great grands. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to those who knew him best.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, a Daughter - Angela Morrow, and Son-in-law - Ronald Morrow, Elba, AL, Grandson - Graham (Ashley) Morrow, Auburn, AL, Granddaughter - Rachel Morrow, Elba, AL, Great Grandson - Benjamin Jacob Casey, Elba, AL, and Great Grandson - Maddox Allen Morrow of Auburn, AL. He also is survived by Sister - Loraine Smith, Hayden, AL, Sister - Martha (Roger) Stratton, Smoke Rise, AL, Brother - Charles (Caroline) Graham, Mount Olive, AL, Brother - Johnny Clellard (Janice) Graham, Hayden, AL, Brother - Charles William (Ginger) Graham, Ashville, AL, and Special Friends - Kathy (Max) Bozeman of Elba, Alabama.

He anxiously awaited the reunion of those which preceded him in death, including the love of his life "Miss" Ruby Graham, along with his parents Lola Mae Morgan Graham, and Pleasant Clellard "P.C" Graham.
