Donald Harvey Beagles of Geneva, AL passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2020. He was 74 years old.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 31, 2020 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Jerry McAdams officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Mr. Beagles was born in Polk County, FL on January 27, 1946 to the late Harvey Buford and Ida Bell Thorne Beagles. Mr. Beagles was a successful cattleman and farmer. He was also a truck driver who enjoyed helping his fellow farmers. He believed in hard work and lived life to the fullest.  

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife and mother of his son, Diane Cuthriell Beagles; his infant daughter; and one brother, Horace J. Beagles.

He is survived by his wife Lila J. Grier Beagles of Geneva, AL; one son, Jamie Beagles of Samson, AL; one step-daughter, Chelsea Langford (Bobby) of Bonifay, FL; two step-sons, Marvin Grier (Tiffany) of Geneva, AL, and James Grier (Tabitha) of Vernon, FL; two grandsons, Ferguson and Graham Beagles both of Samson, AL; 12 step-grandchildren;  four sisters, Dot McAdams (Jerry) of Geneva, AL, Betty Ward of Ino, AL, Helen Atwell of Troy, AL, and Jeanette Linton (Michael Walters) of Samson, AL; one brother, Johnny Mack Beagles (Linda) of Westville, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
