DOUGLAS EARL CORBIN


HEADLAND, AL… Douglas Earl Corbin, a resident of Headland, Alabama, passed away Friday, October 8, 2021, at his home. He was 69.


            A Celebration of Life service will be held 3:00 P.M. Sunday, October 10, 2021, at Wright Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel with Pastor Scott Wyatt officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. prior to the service.  Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.

            Mr. Corbin was born July 06, 1952, at Moody Hospital in Dothan, Alabama to the late Floyd Corbin and Eleanor Enfinger. He lived in Headland and the Midland City areas his entire life. He attended Dale County High School. He was an avid Alabama fan and loved life.


           In addition to his parents, Mr. Corbin was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Corbin Neely; and his brother, Sammy Hawkins.

          Leaving to cherish his memories are his sisters, Jean Corbin Kimbrel (Buford) of Headland; Carolyn Reneer (Doug) of Banks, AL; Angela Enfinger Osborne (Melvin) of Luverne, AL; Faith Gonzalez (Michael) of Pansy; Hope Henderson (Danny) of Banks; brothers, Michael Enfinger (Tammy) of Cowarts; Jay Enfinger (Gwen) of Dothan; Reginald Enfinger (Melanie) of Texas; Dean Enfinger (Jeannie) of Mississippi; and several nieces and nephews
