Eddie Simmons, age 76, passed away, Monday, December 14, 2020 at Medical Center Enterprise.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, December 18, 2020 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Minister Philip Box officiating.  Burial will follow in Enterprise City Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home 10:00 A.M. on Friday. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Simmons and his parents, John C. Simmons and Austin Marie Simmons.

Survivors include daughters, Melinda Dooley (Vince) New Brockton, AL; Patricia Bass (Mike) Jack, AL; Wayne Simmons (Marie) Naples, FL; grandchildren, Brad Moore; Michael Moore; Courtney Hudson; Tyler Bass; Michael, Chris, Wendell and Stephanie Dooley;  great-grandchildren, Trenton, Baylee, Colton, Hailey and Junior Moore; Nova, Amorie, Alyssa, Aidyn; brother, Calvin Simmons (Annie); several nieces and nephews.
