Mr. Edward Rich was born November 28, 1950 to the late Mr. Napoleon Rich, Sr. and Alice Davis Rich. Edward served our Country in The United States Army. After leaving the military he was employed at Flowers Hospital for 20 plus years. He departed this life April 21, 2021 in Elba, Alabama. One son Edward Collins, three great-grandsons and three brothers Joe Nathan, Robert and Napoleon, Jr preceded him in death.

 

Funeral Service will be 11AM, Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home with burial to follow at Memory Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 from 5 PM – 7PM at Ward Wilson Funeral Home.

 

He leaves to cherish his memories: Larry Fitzgerald (Ghia) Rich, Wanda Renee (Darran) Williams, Michelle (Quincy) Newsome, Ricky (Senetha) Collins. His grandchildren: Alicia McNealey, Mike (Gabbie) Jackson, Whitney (Frank) Flowers, Domini Rich, Darius (Jasmine) Rich, Alonzo (Jess) Collins, Ricky (Michelle) Collins, Jr, Tyler (Crystal) Collins, Chealsea Collins, Dayjah Collins. 26 great-grandchildren.  His siblings: Minnie Davis, Mildred Griffin, Ruby Joseph, Roy Rich, Walter Rich of Dothan, AL; Mattie Rich, California; Rosa Lee, Janice Durr, Montgomery, AL; Shirley Clark, and host of nieces and nephews and cousins.
