Eleanor Currie McCreary, age 95, of Enterprise, AL, passed away July 9, 2020 at her home, surrounded by her family.

Per her request, a family graveside service was held at Meadowlawn Cemetery on Friday, July 10, 2020 with her grandson, Currie Spoon officiating.

Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband, Albert R. McCreary and a brother, John Paul Currie.

Survivors include her son, Bert McCreary (Lynn) Enterprise, AL three daughters, Martha Triplett (Mitchell) New Bern, North Carolina; Rachel Spoon, Montgomery, AL; Jennye McCreary (Michelle) Birmingham, AL; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank Dr. Allen Young, hospice nurse, Renee Aldridge, others from the Southern Care Hospice and caregivers, Sarah Jones, Tracey Williams and Vonda Thomas for the loving care they gave her.
