Elizabeth Ann Riley, also known as “Liz” or “Lizzy”, passed away on Friday. April 12, 2024 doing something she loved: riding her motorcycle “Tequila Sunrise”. She was 45 years old.

She was born on September 1, 1978 in Detroit, Michigan to Joan Lee Brendle. Aside from riding her motorcycle, she enjoyed going to the beach. She was a kind and caring soul, helping everyone she could no matter who they were. She was an advocate for domestic violence and she had plans of creating a nonprofit to aid in assistance and awareness of it.

She leaves behind a beautiful family to carry on her memory: daughters, Alexzandra Forrester (Trevor) of Slocomb, Victoria Riley (Clint) of Hartford, Jazmine Sam of Daleville and Vanessa Hethcote (Zachary Gibson) of Dothan; grandchildren, Laycee Tindell, Clarity June Forrester, Ellie Forrester, Cameron Riley, Aiden Riley, Ezra Riley, Zayneaah Ne’Sha Clay, Adaline Paisley, and Liam Gibson; mother, Joan Lee Brendle-Clement and stepfather, Alfred John Clement of Traverse City, Michigan; brothers, Toby Brendle of Kingsley, Michigan and Alfred John “AJ” Clement of Traverse City, Michigan; and sister, Karen Hethcote.
