Emma Carol Williams, 56, of Eufaula, Alabama, died Friday, April 19, 2019, at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama.

            Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at the Chapman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Stephen Doss officiating.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery Addition with Chapman Funeral Home directing.  Visitation will be held Tuesday from 3:30 P.M. until 5 P.M. prior to the service.

            Born September 17, 1962 in Eufaula, Alabama, Carol was the daughter of the late John Lewis and Frances Britt Smith Williams, Sr..  Carol loved her dogs and cats and she was a supporter of Angel Dog Rescue.

            Survivors include 1 brother: Dennis (Maxine) Williams of Eufaula, Alabama; 1 sister: Susan (Joe) McClenney of Headland, Alabama; 7 neices and nephews: Megan (Ricky) Sowell, Caitlin (Adam) Campbell, Seth (Aubrie) McClenney, Claire (Billy) Smith, Cole (Ashleigh) McClenney, Meg McClenney, Mandi (Josh) Sowell; 10 great nieces and nephews: Anna Claire Sowell, Aiden Sowell, James Paul Sowell, Clarke Ferguson, Lucie Ferguson, John Sowell, Lily Sowell, Kelsie Campbell, Laci Campbell, Decker Smith.

            Active pallbearers will be Seth McClenney, Cole McClenney, Josh Sowell, Billy Smith, Aiden Sowell, Adam Campbell and Ricky Sowell.
