Eric Malcolm Connell of Coffee Springs, AL passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021. He was 48 years old.

 Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Danny Branch officiating. Burial will follow in Travelers Rest Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

 Eric was born in Winter Haven, FL on February 27, 1973 to Larry C. and Debra Branch Connell. Eric worked with Wiley Sanders Trucking in Troy, AL as a long distant truck driver. He was also an avid fisherman and hunter.

 Eric was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Lillie Ray; paternal grandparents, J.C. and Joyce Connell.

 Eric is survived by his parents, Larry and Debra Connell of Coffee springs, AL; grandfather, J.W. Ray of Coffee Springs, AL; step-daughter, Kristy Mills; granddaughter, Kelsey Mills; grandson, Gabriel Mills; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
