Essie Mae Mock of Coffee Springs, AL passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at her home. She was 91 years old.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 27, 2019 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Terry McCrummen and Sister Amy Parrish officiating. Burial will follow at Marvin Chapel Assembly of God Church Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday beginning at 1:00 p.m.

 

Mrs. Mock was born in Coffee County, AL to the late James Arion and Ada Bell McIntosh Heath. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother.  She was also a very hard worker.

 

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Leamon Mock; one daughter, Alice Faye Mock; four brothers, B.J., Cliff, Dan, and Horace Heath.

 

She is survived by two sons, Danny H. Mock (Bridgett), and Eddie Mock (Barbara) all of Coffee Springs; five grandchildren, Christie M. Pettis (Rondal), Chad Mock (Cristal), Danncey Mock Wood (Brad), Hilary Mock, and Dannley Mock Griswold (Shane); three great-grandchildren, Brady Wood, Samuel Mock, and Graycelynn Mock; one sister, Willie Mock; one brother, Jack Heath; and a number special nieces and nephews.
