A celebration of Fay’s life will be held at 12 pm on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Paul Estes officiating. Fay will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 11 am - 12 pm.
Fay Jenkins, a resident of Dothan, passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at her residence. She was 90 years old.
Fay was born on November 14, 1932 in Jay, Florida and moved to Midland City at an early age. Fay met and married Bill Jenkins in 1949, who served in the Air Force, and together they were stationed all over the world. Following Bill’s service in the military they would travel extensively to foreign countries for Christian Mission trips. Fay was a faithful Christian and a member of Christ Church International.
Fay is survived by her loving husband of 73 years, Bill Jenkins, her three married sons, Dan and Chris Jenkins, Rick and Connie Jenkins, and Scott and Laura Jenkins. Fay was blessed with eight grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
