Flauzie Lee Harrison, age 97, of Dothan passed away on Monday, June 9, 2014.

 

Mrs. Flauzie loved the Lord and her family. She also loved her gardens of flowers, to draw, sing and whistle. She was a long time resident of Grangerburg, AL.

 

She is preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Harrison, her daughter, Georgia Cannady, and her son, Fred Harrison.

 

She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Baxter; her sons, Henry Harrison (Esker) of Abbeville, Jerry Harrison (Josephine) of Abbeville, and George Harrison (Adelle) of Phenix City; 26 Grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

 

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Reverend John Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch Assembly of God Church Cemetery in Grangerburg with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing. The family will be receiving friends from 10 AM until service time at Ward Wilson Funeral Home.

 

The family is accepting flowers.

Grandsons serving as pallbearers are Glen Harrison, Bo Harrison, Michael Paulk, Keith Harrison, Steve Ham and Jeff Harrison.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Extendicare, especially Martha Walker, Kathy McGregor, and Betty Dowling and the Doctors and staff at Southern Clinic.
