Frances Inez Locklar, age 94, of Dothan, AL, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2020 at Ozark Health and Rehab.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, July 23, 2020 at New Brockton City Cemetery with Minister Philip Box officiating.  Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to: Dayspring Hospice, 1275 James Drive, Suite #1, Enterprise, AL 36330.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Kenneth Locklar and a grandson, Zachary Locklar.

Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Gardner (Raymond) Opp, AL; 4 sons, Don Kent (Linda) Canton, MS; Larry Locklar (Abigail) Dothan, AL; Mike Locklar (Marilyn) Dothan, AL; Mark Locklar; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
