Franklin “Frank” Curtis Kennedy


 


 


Frank Kennedy age 81 of Dothan, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at his home.  A graveside service will be held, Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Cottonwood City Cemetery at 11 a.m. with Pastor Stanley Key officiating.


 


Frank was born November 6, 1940 to Roy Lee Kennedy and Enola Cloe Wright Kennedy in Monticello, Arkansas.  Frank has lived the last 20 years in Dothan where he enjoyed going to Center Stage.  He was an avid outdoorsman.  He loved to fish, hunt and spend time in his peach orchard. 


 


Frank is preceded in death by his parents; his wife; brothers Andy Kennedy and Roy Lee Kennedy; 3 sisters Nita Keen, Jerri McGriff, Dovie Roberts.


 


He is survived by his sons Curtis Kennedy, Phil Kennedy and a special grandson Andrew Kennedy; daughter Angela Collins; sister Tammy Kennedy Wehmeier; grandchildren Catlin Kennedy, Joseph Franklin Collins, Jamie Bordlee, Crystal Danos, Joshua Davis Collins.


 


A special thanks to Hospice workers Wendy, Lindsey, Ryan, Taylor, Frank and Alice who were absolutely awesome.
